This deposit policy is designed to provide clear guidelines on the handling of deposits for services at My Hair and Beauty Bar. Our goal is to ensure a seamless experience for our clients while respecting the time and expertise of our stylists.
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure an appointment for any service totalling over $100. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the service.
2. Appointment Confirmation
-Clients will receive confirmation of their appointment via text within 30 hours after the deposit is received.
-The deposit must be paid at the time of booking to confirm your appointment .
3. Cancellation Policy
-Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid the loss of the deposit. Cancellations made less 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
-In the event of a cancellation made within the specified timeframe, the deposit can be credited toward a future appointment scheduled within 30 days.
4. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Clients who do not show up for their appointment may be required to pay a deposit for future appointments.
5. Rescheduling Appointments
clients May reschedule their appointment once without losing their deposit, provided the rescheduling occurs at least 12 hours prior to the original appointment. Rescheduling beyond this will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
6. Payment Method
-Deposits can be made using credit card, cash, online payment, in-store payments or through a text link sent to your mobile.
-Once the deposit is paid, clients will receive a receipt confirming the transaction .
7. Exemptions
Certain promotional offers, group bookings, or special events may have different deposit requirements. Clients will be informed at the time of booking if their appointment is subject to a different policy.
8. Policy Updates
This policy is subject to review and may change at any time at the discretion of My Hair and Beauty Bar. Clients will be informed of any changes prior to their next appointment.

No Refund Policy

All services rendered, including haircuts, colour treatments, styling, and other salon services, are non-refundable. We ask that you communicate any concerns during your visit so we can address them immediately.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We are happy to offer adjustments or corrections as needed, but no refunds will be issued.
3. Deposits
Any deposits paid for services are non-refundable. In case of cancellations or no-shows, deposits may not be refunded or credited toward future services. Please refer to our Deposit Policy.
4. Gift Cards
Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or products. They are valid for services only.
